Danil, founders are abusing their power. When they degrade women those employees leave. If finding and retaining talent is the biggest concern for most founders, they should consider how their actions impact that. There are definitely stories I heard where the actions were assault and could be prosecuted, but as you said being branded as a whistle blower of sorts is something many shy away from.
